Mixture of  esters of high-molecular fatty acid and zinc soaps of natural fatty acids, it is one high effective rubber dispersing and processing additive for silica compounds processing, the appearance is light brown pastilles, non-toxics, insoluble in water, soluble in organic alcohol ,oil and fat.

Application:
RF-5 is one dispersion promoter for high loading silica compounds, It shows excellent behavior in silica/carbon black compounds. This type improves filler dispersing property and reduces mixing mooney viscosities. It can increase scorch safety and reduce energy consumption in extrusion.
Mainly applied in tyre, molded and extruded rubber articles of all types and hard rubber, etc.
