KW-9604 air-dry silicone resin

1.Main components

The resin is synthesized by phenyl, methyl chlorosilane and special silane monomers and prepared with toluene or xylene.

III. Main performance

This product is normal temperature air-dry silicone resin, with high and low temperature resistance, water and moisture resistance and good electrical insulation.It can become dry at normal temperature and has high hardness, strong impact resistance and good heat resistance. This product has the advantages of energy saving and convenient construction caused by normal temperature air-drying and low temperature baking, and is suitable for the painting of large equipment and workpieces that cannot be baked, the impregnation of Class H coils and motors, and the protection of metal surfaces in high temperature environment and oxidation resistance and rust treatment, etc.

IV. Notes
1. The resin shall be avoided without contact with compounds such as acids, bases, organic salts and amines, otherwise it will accelerate curing and gelification, thus affecting the performance of the product.
2.The diluents used by shall not contain moisture, sulphides and other impurities which may affect the adhesion, dryness and other properties of the paint film.
3.During the processing of resin, a large number of organic solvents and other flammable and explosive gases will be emitted. Attention should be paid to strengthen the ventilation on the operation site, to fire prevention, and the fire sources should be cut off. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.

V. Packaging,storage and transportation
1, Packed in dry and clean 200KG iron barrel package, sealed with cover. Stored in ventilated and dry place, not close to heat source. Storage temperature is 0-30ºC to prevent direct sunlight.
2, This product is transported according to flammable product standard. The storage period is half a year, passing the overdue inspection and can still be used.
