Product Description

N-oxy-diethyl-2-benzothiazol-sulfamide or2-(4-morphinylthiothiazole) benzothiazole, trade name is NOBS accelerator.
This product is light yellow powder, non-toxic. The specific gravity is 1.34~1.40. Melting point is 80ºC~86ºC.
It gradually decomposes when exposed to heat, so it should be stored at low temperature. When the storage time is more than 6 months, the coke dumping of the rubber material increases, the critical temperature of vulcanization is above 138ºC, the coke burning time is longer than the accelerator CZ, and the operation is safer.

Yellowish flake or grainy solid, bitter.
Dissolution condition
Insoluble in water and gasoline, soluble in benzene, easily soluble in chloroform.
Purpose
Can be used as vulcanization accelerator of most rubber, but not suitable for neoprene rubber. Vulcanization is easy to disperse, vulcanized products do not spray, color smaller, can be used for tires, inner tubes, rubber shoes, tape and other rubber materials.
