4. Characteristics and applications
The product is a kind of nonionic surfactant which is mainly uscd as antistatic agent of polyethylene,
polypropylene and ABC plastics. In the process of polypropylene polymerization process, it can reduce the activity
of polymer particle and preventpolymor from adhering on internal wall of reactor and systcm equipment.It shall be
also added in the system when starting or closing the device so as prevent the materials at the bottom of flash drum
from blocking. It plays a crucial role in proccss stability and safe production and belongs to an indispensible
proccss additive.
5.Packing,trans portation andstorage
200L plastic or iron barrel is used for packaging and the net weight is 180kg/barrel.
Product name, net weight,
batch numbcr, delivery date and manufacturer name shall be indicated outside the package barrels. The product
shall be conveyed according to the requirements of inflammable organic matters and storaged in dry, cool
warehousc with good vantilation and shall be far from fire. Attention shall be paid on sealing and steam or direct
skin contact shall be avoided. The quality guarantee periodis two years.
