JU9-001 Solid Multipurpose Acid Wash Corrosion Inhibitor

Character: Yellow powder
Main components: Quaternary ammonium salts, thiocyanates, etc.
Scope of application:
Used for pickling of 16 inorganic and organic acids, including sulfuric acid, citric acid, amino sulfonic acid, oxalic acid, tartaric acid, hydroxyacetic acid, EDTA, and their mixed acids, to remove various heavy dirt such as carbonate, silicate, sulfate, rust, etc. on the surface of carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium, nickel, and their different material combinations.
Features:
Convenient transportation, low usage, high corrosion inhibition rate, and various types of applicable acids, it is currently the most widely used solid acid pickling corrosion inhibitor. Under common conditions, the corrosion inhibition rate for metals such as copper, aluminum, and 20 # steel is less than 1mm/year. It has excellent ability to inhibit hydrogen permeation and accelerate corrosion by inhibiting Fe3+.

Usage:
Cut open one portion of JU9-001 with 5 portions of warm water, stir until completely dissolved, and then use. It can be mixed with any of 16 inorganic and organic acids or their mixed acids to produce different cleaning agents according to the specified ratio.
