Scope of application:
This product does not produce Nitroso compounds when added to rubber, and is a new generation of green and environment-friendly rubber antioxidant. This product has strong ozone resistance and antioxidant properties, so the rubber material has good resistance to high-temperature fatigue and bending. It has good compatibility with rubber, so even at high concentrations, it will not spray frost or be difficult to precipitate from the rubber material, which can prevent the catalytic degradation of harmful metals such as copper and manganese. The dosage is generally 0.3-0.5%.
Precautions:
Avoid direct sunlight during storage and maintain air circulation. If the tank is heated in Negage for storage (more than 35C), nitrogen sealing shall be carried out. Prevent product oxidation and reduce antioxidant efficacy. The products stored in the heating tank should be continuously circulated to help maintain temperature uniformity, reduce scaling of heating elements, and maximize the stability of product quality.
