Rubber antioxidant P36
Application: Antioxidant p36 is used as an antioxidant for natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber, and latex, as well as for polyethylene. It has protective effects on oxygen, weather aging, and static aging, and can also effectively protect against copper damage and overcome the adverse effects caused by excessive sulfur during crystallization and vulcanization. This product can be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants (such as AP, and other non polluting antioxidants), achieving significant synergistic effects. This product is easily dispersed in rubber, does not change color under sunlight, and is slightly polluting. When used alone, the dosage is generally 1-1.5 parts. When the dosage exceeds 2 parts, frosting may occur. The dosage in latex foam rubber is 0.5 phr.
