As natural rubber and neoprene rubber, chloro-sulfonated polyethylene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, anti-ozone aging protection additives, the antioxidant NBC also has obvious protective effects on solar aging. The heat resistance of neoprene rubber and chloro-sulfonated polyethylene rubber can be improved. Antioxidant NBC can make the rubber material green, but not polluting, suitable for wire and cable and industrial rubber products.
This product is used as a co-accelerator in most sulfur vulcanized elastomers. Provides effective ozone resistance in dynamic applications and good oxidation resistance in normal applications.
In styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber and butyl rubber compound, it is an effective anti-odor agent. When the products made of these compound are used dynamically, the paraffin film will break and lead to no protective effect.
It can provide anti-oxygen protection for neoprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, chloroether rubber, chloroalcohol rubber and EPDM rubber. It can also be used for EPDM rubber and chloro-sulfonated polyethylene rubber and colored neoprene rubber products requiring low thermal resistance to improve sun resistance.
