Product Description

PP high efficiency flame retardant FR8000 is a new type of high efficiency reaction type environmental protection P, N, Br composite system flame retardant. The FR8000 has the following advantages:
1,It can be used for copolymerizing PP material, can be used for homopolizing PP plus toughening agent ExxonVistamaxx system.
2, The product does not need to add antimony trioxide, compared with the current general bromo-based flame retardant copolymerization PP cost advantage;
3, It has high temperature resistance, no precipitation, low addition amount (1-3%), in line with ROHS environmental protection requirements.

Application range: Applicable to epoxy resin, acrylic resin (flame ratardant adhesive tape), ink and other products, falme retardant properities have reached UL94V-0 level.

Application suggestions:
1. Epoxy resin: 15%-20%
2. Flame retardant adhesive tape and adhesive: 20%-30%.
3. Ink: 25%-30%
