I. Properties and Uses:

Polyhydroxypropyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride is a new type of high efficient, broad-spectrum non-oxidising quaternary ammonium salt. No secondary pollution, friendly to the environment. Good stability, easy to use, long duration of efficacy, in the oilfield water injection temperature (20 ºC to 65 ºC) biocidal effect is not affected, the sulphate-reducing bacteria have a significant biocidal effect, the biological slime on the equipment pipeline as well as the adhesion of a good stripping effect, there is a very good reduction of turbidity of the water purification effect. After the toxicity test, various specifications of bactericidal alga test, a variety of factors affecting the test, as well as a variety of water treatment chemicals with the composite application test proved that the new generation of polyhydroxypropyl dimethylammonium salt has a high efficiency, broad-spectrum, low-toxicity, water solubility and other characteristics. It can be paired with non-ionic and cationic materials, and cannot be used with anionic materials at the same time. This product is non-toxic, non-irritant, non-foaming, can be applied to swimming pools, SPA, landscape water, industrial circulating water bactericide and algaecide and stripping agent, especially suitable for application in alkaline water. In addition, it has certain corrosion inhibition effect on metal equipment and pipeline of industrial circulating cooling water system.

Usage

Poly(2-Hydroxypropyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride) is directly added near the suction port of the pump in the pool, and should generally be added by impact. According to the system situation, the number of times of dosage should be 15 days or 30 days, and the concentration of each dosage is generally 20-100ppm.

Packaging and storage

Poly(2-Hydroxypropyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride) is packed in polyethylene plastic drums, 25kg or 200kg per drum, or according to the needs of users. The performance of this algaecide is stable, the storage period is 12 months.

Poly(2-Hydroxypropyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride) is non-hazardous goods, but still need to pay attention to labour protection, should avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., after contact with a large amount of water rinse.
